Welcome!

The title of this post could not have been any more generic, could it?

Oh, well. Regardless of how generic it is, I meant that word. I warmly welcome you to my new blog, where my brand new spirit lives. My first blog has been quite an experience to me. For approximately three years, it has served as the home to numerous ramblings and pointless stuffs of mine. But after everything is said and done, all good things have to come to an end. The good old days have passed and I need something more relevant to define the current me.

Second Life captures this essence appropriately. Everything that I am going through right now is a radical departure of what it used to be. As much as I love to be an immature high school kid at Medan, I understand that I cannot remain that way forever. The process of finding my role in the world is a long and winding road, indeed. There may be times when I find it almost impossible to continue, but I believe that this voyage is worth investing in.

While developing the concept, I intended to identify Second Life as a professional blog to demonstrate my expertise. When it comes to the execution, though, I find myself more comfortable to communicate using my inner voice. I wish to fuse a piece of my soul with every single stuffs that I put here – let the words be flesh, and the whole blog be a life of its own – because I need a second life too.

PS. I promise to post on this blog more often, not to neglect it like my old one. But promises can be broken too. Hence, just let it be and see how it goes.
